pleasure to present the work of Erika Ordosgoitti, one of the most powerful Venezuelan performance artists, currently residing in Dallas- USA.<\/p><p>The curatorial accompaniments of EL PRAN aims to link different aspects of artistic production. This edition of September-December 2021 is dedicated to performance, action, soundscape, reflection of contexts and social transformations from the perspective of contemporary female artists.<\/p><p><strong>Erika Ordosgoitti.<\/strong> <br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erika Ordosgoitti (Caracas, 1980). Performance artist,\u00a0 audiovisual artist and poet. She has a degree in Fine Arts Mixed\u00a0 Media Mention from Armando Reveron Higher Education School of\u00a0 Fine Arts in Caracas. She has been granted several awards including:\u00a0 Young Artist Award from the International Association of Art Critics\u00a0 AICA (2016), Young Artist Award, MISOL Foundation for the Arts,\u00a0 Bogota (2014); First Honorable Mention, SuperCable Hall of Youth\u00a0 with FIA, Caracas (2011); Honorable mention, National Exhibition of\u00a0 Art 34 Aragua, Maracay (2009); University Award, First National\u00a0 Exhibition of Art University, Caracas (2009). Her work has been\u00a0 exhibited at Museum of Contemporary Art Caracas, Museum of\u00a0 Contemporary Art of Bogota, Museum of Contemporary Art of\u00a0 Oaxaca, as well as in multiple academic institutions and private\u00a0 galleries.
