It is the last part of a dutch saying meaning ENOUGH is ENOUGH. <\/span>Spuug <\/span><\/i>means spit or spittle; it has no place nor space in my creative vocabulary. SPIT. This has much more stamina and gives one the feeling of dealing with some kind of Thing which has a centrifugal, centripetal, aerodynamic, gravitical, omnipotent\u00a0 energy and with force. It runs on time, with time and timing. Non-predictable. ZAT. Deals with the past tense of SIT…SEATED. I was once seated, I was sitting,I was seated. I sat.<\/span><\/p>

IF, I was seated, sitting, or sat, means that there is an image of captured movements taking place. Mentally and physically. In other words\u2026.I am taking a stand, I don\u2019t want to sit NO more. I have made a choice and have something to say. Mind, Body, Heart and Soul, which are my God Given Natural Gifts and RIGHTS are spiritually and universally in Rejection Mode. I am sick to DEATH of that same SOME kind of Thing. COVID-19. A forced choice between LIFE and DEATH. You reach a point of No Return where you, positively negatively or negatively positively, depending on one’s collective overview points, spit out the parts undigested of your intestine. To find the deeper irregularities that can and should awaken us.<\/span><\/p>

When or before ..my\u00a0 mirror is full of nano dust particles…vaccines..1st and 2nd phase and cannot see the spitting image\u2026.the rules and policies\u2026.. of myself in my own mirror. In these globally times I feel tortured…waterboarded…I am suffocated at the same time.There is\u00a0 a spit, a long thin metal rod forcefully pushing through my flesh in order to hold and turn me…disrupting, while my entire body is being roasted over a global open fire. <\/span>The protection against the entire outside world. <\/span>
<\/span>The nose is the dirtiest organ in the body that acts as a filter, Cleaning the air that we breathe.<\/span>
<\/span>It works like a Fly catcher roll that you hang from the ceiling, sticking and trapping.<\/span>
<\/span>Loaded with protective proteins that kill and disable germs, bacteria, environmental irritants, like pollen and dust and VIRUSES and keep them from traveling down to our lungs.
<\/span>Removes them through coughing and sneezing.<\/span>
<\/span>Actually eaten destroyed by stomach acid.<\/span><\/p>

BOOGERS. <\/span>Dried up snot called boogers is mucus, a slimy substance that is mostly water, which our universal body makes. It\u00a0 is gross, but very important junk in our noses and nasal passages that is very good for and important to OUR HEALTH.<\/span><\/p>

WHAT’S IN IT. <\/span>Group of proteins called Mucins. These are large proteins, covered in sugar that absorb water giving mucus its sticky gooey consistency.<\/span><\/p>
